Orders may be placed via mail, phone, fax or website. If you do not see what you are looking for on this website, please call us and we more than happy to try to help you.

Product Descriptions:
Hydra Enterprises Inc. and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Hydra Enterprises Inc. does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Hydra Enterprises Inc. itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. We are more than happy to work with you.

What about cookies?
Cookies are small files downloaded to your computer to track movements within web sites. Our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart and recognize you when you come back to the site later. The information you enter on our website is held in the strictest confidence and is never shared or sold to a third party.

Shipping:
Due to our new and updated site, we are experiencing some shipping costs that sometimes seem to be high. Please contact us if you think there is an error in shipping charges. We are more than happy to work with you on the reasonable shipping charges.

We use Federal Express air and ground for shipping. We also use Federal Express and RL Gator for common carriers (Truck Freight). We receive a substantial discount on truck freight and pass that on to our customer. Please call for exact quotes.

For orders $500 or more a signature will be required on delivery.

Please note that we do not ship to Africa or Singapore due to all the scam artists and potential of fraud.

Methods of Payment:
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal (sshydra@comcast.net), as well as Bank Wire Transfer. A 50% deposit is required when placing an order. Orders must be paid in full before shipment. Florida sales tax (6.5%) will be charges on any order placed and shipping inside the state of Florida. Orders outside the state of Florida will not be charged sales tax and the customer will be liable for any state or local taxes on their behalf.

Returns and Exchanges:
Returns must be made within 14 days. A 20 % restocking fee will be charged on all items. Returned merchandise must be in original condition and must be accompanying receipts. No returns accepted on custom finishes or custom wiring. Please call us if you would like to return an item and we will be happy to work with you. No refunds are made on shipping charges.

Claims:
All claims for damage must be made within 3 days of delivery and be made via phone, fax or e-mail (sales@docklights.com). All cartons and packages and packing material must be kept for inspection or the claims will not be honored.

Private Policy:
Hydra Enterprises treats all customer information as confidential and does not sell or distribute any customer information.

Warranty:
Warranty is one (1) year from date of purchase. Replacement of the product is our preferred method if a product is defective during the warranty period. We can also give store credit if a product is determined to be defective during the warranty period. We DO NOT pay any labor charges to replace a defective product during the warranty period or after the warranty has expired. Our liability is solely limited to the replacement of the product.
