A huge original Brass and Copper Cargo Light with glass lens. The upper portion of the light itself is heavy duty brass, while the lower portion is rich copper with SMOOTH finish. These lights are super heavy duty. This light weighs an incredible 40 pounds! Make sure your ceiling can support this heavy item. Try to find one of these at your local home improvement store! These lights are perfect for the saltwater environment and are able to withstand the harsh outdoor environments,as well as, open air indoor environments. Perfect for your "Key West" style house, dock area and interior use as well. You will be extremely happy with this high quality light. Sold unwired. The Large size lights range from Approx 23 to 26" high and 16 to 17.25" in diameter. we polished this light up and it would be perfefct for your house, DOCK or Restaurant. The eloquent looks and superior old construction will give you years of enjoyment.
This is NOT a cheap reproduction. This is an acutal old (Vintage 50s-60s) ship's light. It does not come wired. Optional Wiring available and we also have some neat old original bronze minesweeper chain from the 1950s that would work well for hanging the lights. Please give us a call. We want to help.
